I’ve broken up with Katrina, says Salman Khan

It’s official - Salman and Katrina have split up and have gone separate ways. After endless speculations and numerous reports that suggested a tiff between the couple, Salman Khan has for the first time admitted that he has “broken up with Katrina”.

Not willing to divulge details that led to the break-up, Salman, in a TV interview, candidly stated that he and Katrina are very much passé and have been so for some time now.

And even though this is the first time that any of the two have openly admitted to their break-up, the reports of a split have been doing rounds for long now. No wonder then, Katrina in a recent interview to Spicezee was averse to speaking about Salman and has been spotted getting uncomfortable talking about Sallu at several media events.

As for what Salman said in the interview, here goes:

I’ve broken up with Katrina. We were friends then for everybody, we are friends now... Koi cheez tootati hai toh isliye kyonki ya toh different ways chali gayi, ya ek shakhs ki growth nahin hui, ya ek ne kuch aur path chun liya, ya sensibility samajh mein nahi aati ... It’s just people not getting along, something that doesn’t end peacefully. But if you can manage to stay friends, there’s nothing like it.

Well, considering Salman has always maintained amicable relations with his former lovers, leaving Aishwarya, here’s hoping Sallu and Kat stay pals.

Katrina Kaif goes missing

It might sound strange but it is true that Katrina Kaif went missing with her sister Isabelle from the set of Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’. The unit was shooting in Spain. Smitten by the beauty of the place, Kat and Isabelle left the hotel to explore the beautiful mountains early in the morning. When the two sisters did not arrive for the breakfast, everyone was very much worried.

They searched everywhere but Kat was found nowhere. Their freight intensified when the two sisters did not arrive for long hours. They were about to file a complaint about their missing when Kat and Isabelle made their appearance.

On arriving, Kat revealed their missing story. She narrated that they went to see the mountains but lost their way while returning back. They could not track the right path to the hotel. On finding them safe and sound, the team member heaved a sigh of relief.
